Gwen Cromer has been the Center Director of Spring KinderCare for eight years. She has her Master's Degree in Education, as well as her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. Gwen has been in the Early Childhood Education field for 15 years, starting as a classroom teacher and working her way up into management as director. She is dedicated to helping the children begin to learn at a young age and have them well-prepared for Kindergarten and beyond!
Katie Kozub has been at KinderCare for seven years. She began as an assistant teacher while going to college and then developed to a classroom teacher. She has furthered her management skills over her time here and became an assistant director. While working at KinderCare, Katie earned her bachelors degree in Child Development and Family Studies. Katie enjoys helping out in all the classrooms and seeing all the children throughout the day.
Ms. Debbie has lived in the Sinking Spring area throughout her life. She resides in West Lawn with her husband. She also has a daughter who resides in New Jersey. Ms. Debbie not only works with our Infants but she helps out in all the classrooms. You will see her throughout the building. In her free time she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her daughter.
Ms. Julie has been in the Early Childhood Education field for many years. She resides in the Reading area with her husband. She enjoys horse back riding in her free time. Ms. Julie also enjoys going camping.
Ms. Pam resides in the Mohnton area. She has worked in the Toddler and Infant classroom. She has her Child Development Associate's Credential from Ellis University. Ms. Pam enjoys spending her free time with her family and camping.
